Regent Homes broke ground earlier this week on a $48 million community located in the south Nashville/Nolensville area. When complete, Burkitt Springs will have 40 townhomes priced from $179,000, 80 cottage homes from $249,000 and 64-single homes priced from $280,000.

“This is the first major new-home development project in Southeast Nashville since the housing market and economy downturn in 2006,” said┬áDavid McGowan, owner of┬áRegent Homes, in a press release. “There is pent-up demand in the marketplace, and we are ready to fulfill that demand.”

In addition to quality new homes with modern features and finishes, residents of the community will enjoy several open green spaces, a community lake, overlook park and preserved nature area.

Nolensville is located in Williamson County along scenic Mill Creek. Residents here enjoy small town living with excellent schools and recreation opportunities just a short drive from all that the greater Nashville area has to offer.

Regent Homes has been building beautiful Nashville new homes in middle Tennessee since 2000, and they are well known for their mixed use and traditional neighborhood developments targeted at a variety of price points and buyers.
