Last year Turnberry Homes sold out all of their new homes in Brentwood, so it only makes sense to bring more supply to the buyer’s demand. And let’s just take a moment to point out how refreshing it is to see a Nashville home builder experiencing so much success that they have opened a new community! In today’s market, it is almost unheard of for a builder to undertake such a project, so it just illustrates how extraordinary Turnberry Homes is. Sonoma will feature 66 luxury new homes in Nashville, on estate-sized lots, priced from the high $600,000s.

Located off of Wilson Pike near Ravenwood High School, Sonoma boasts European and American themed homes with brick and stone facades. You can expect to find the exceptional attention to detail and high standard of quality that Turnberry Homes is known for. The four-bedroom homes have three-car garages and range in size from 4,371 square feet to 5,285 square feet. Options according to home plan include a private study with fireplace, gourmet island kitchen, friends’ entry, front or rear covered porches, private wooded views, two-story family room, and unfinished space over the garage.

Be sure to stop by and visit this brand new community from Turnberry Homes.

The Nashville Business Journal recently published an interesting story on Nashville home builder Turnberry Homes. Apparently, Turnberry Homes has taken it upon themselves to help improve the road conditions in Williamson County. As a Nashville suburb, the area can get quite congested, resulting in delays and accidents. Thus, the builder of luxury new homes in Nashville is investing $700,000 to widen 3,300 of Wilson Pike between McEwen Drive and Clovercroft Road. While many Turnberry communities are in Williamson County, this strip of road is not adjacent to any Turnberry community and does not directly affect the company in any way. However, this area is problematic for Williamson County residents, and these individuals are Turnberry customers. It is absolutely inspiring to see a home builder do everything in his power to make a community a more desirable and enjoyable place to live. By improving the traffic conditions, Turnberry is improving the local area for its customers. So, thank you to Turnberry Homes for going above and beyond the call of duty to make your customers happy with their choice of new home.

Yes, it’s a gradual process and we will only slowly begin to see the effects, but, according to a recent article published by the Murfreesboro Post, the excess home inventory is starting to sell – resulting in the stabilization of the real estate market. While there is still a huge number of unoccupied inventory homes, the numbers and statistics suggest that the 11-county greater Nashville area is on its way out of the eye of the storm. With builders paying more attention to the state of the market, construction on new homes has severely slowed in order to absorb the current inventory. This means that it’s a buyer’s market out there. Nashville home builders are offering fantastic deals and great incentives, and, in combination with the low interest rates, it is some of the best conditions for buying a new home in Nashville.

The article in the Murfreesboro Post mostly focuses on the housing market in Rutherford County, but, as one of the 11 counties in the greater Nashville area, it is pretty safe to say the same housing trends can be found throughout metro Nashville. Feel free to read the full article for specific details and quotes from Edsel Charles, a real estate market analyst.
